If you reside in the UAE, we will arrange for our courier service provider to collect the item and provide the exchanged item within a period of 3-4 working days. If you live outside the UAE, you would pay for shipping the item back to us and then the exchanged item would be couriered to you at your expense. We would not pay for duties and taxes.
If you change your mind and want to exchange a product for a completely different item on the website, you can notify us within 7 days. If you reside in the UAE, we will arrange for our courier service provider to collect the item and provide the exchanged item within a period of 3-4 working days. If you live outside the UAE, you would pay for shipping the item back to us. Upon receiving the returned item new, unused and with the original tags and packaging, we will issue a credit note for the purchased amount so you can buy the product that you want. The credit note will be sent to your email and will be valid for 6 months.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase from Miella, you may return the item and request a refund provided you notify us within 2 days of receipt. If you live in the UAE, Miella will send our 3rd party courier service provider within 3-4 working days to collect the item. If you have used a Cash On Delivery payment method (UAE only), you can choose to be refunded either via cheque, bank transfer or a store voucher. If you have paid for the item with a credit card, Miella will credit the refund amount to the card used for the purchase of the returned item. If you live in the US or Canada, Miella shall provide you with a US address and detailed return shipping instructions. Items would be returned at your own expense.
To process any returns and exchanges we need all items to be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, all packaging materials should also be returned so we can process your exchange.
We will not be able to exchange products for a lower value than the original item purchased. A request for exchange will be processed with the same value or higher.
We also do not refund any delivery or Cash on Delivery, duty, taxes and or customs charges when we process exchanges and returns. Items on sale or promotion cannot be returned.
