How do deliveries work?
We deliver to the US, Canada, the UK , Saudi Arabia and UAE with a number of additional countries in the pipeline. We work with various courier companies such as Fedex, Aramex, Speedex to ensure timely deliveries. Deliveries and timelines will vary depending on where you live. Generally, UAE deliveries take 2-3 days although we are working very hard on providing next day deliveries. As for deliveries to the US, Canada and the UK, these take 3-5 days. How much do I have to pay for delivery?
If you live in the UAE, then nothing during special campaigns that we run throughout the year and also nothing for all orders of 150 dhs and above. For orders less than 150 dhs the delivery charges will be calculated upon check-out, but they are typically 17 dhs.  

For international shipping we subsidise an 8 pounds for the UK orders, a 10 USD for the US order and 10C$ for Canada orders, For Saudi Arabia you will get free shipping if  your order total amount is above 500 Riyals.  

 

How long will my delivery take to be received?
Our courier partners try very hard to deliver most orders for the UAE within the next day, Saturday through Thursday. Generally speaking, UAE orders take 2-3 days while international ones take 4-5 days. 

 

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the US, Canada and the UK. City limits apply, which means that unfortunately our courier partners can't deliver everywhere, but we will do our best to accommodate you. We are also working very hard on delivering to the rest of the GCC and worldwide very soon. 

 

How does my order get processed if I want to pay cash on delivery?
At checkout, you can select this payment option. An accurate value of your total payment is calculated and provided at the time of check out. You can then hand over the cash at the time of delivery. COD is only available within the UAE. 

 

How can I get a status update on my order?
This feature is only available if you are a member (Sorry). If you are, please follow the steps below:

1. Find the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. This will display outstanding and previous orders. You can then click on your order to view it.

2. Please check your email to see whether you have received a dispatch confirmation.

What about taxes and duties?
For all orders outside the UAE, you shall be responsible for import and clearance duties in your country. Our courier partners operate on a pay on delivery process for duty. We are working on having duties paid on our site for select countries, and this feature will be available in the future.
