Terms of Service. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Website. By accessing, using any part of the Website, or by placing an order on Miella.com you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Miella, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.
The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you find a Miella.com page that you believe violates our terms of service, please get in touch with us through any of the ways listed in Contact Us.
Right now, we deliver in the United Arab Emirates, US, Canada and the UK. We hope to expand our delivery services to other countries across the Middle East and the rest of the world.
Your Miella.com Account
If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify Miella of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. Miella will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
You can pay by Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card. Other forms of payment like Paypal may be added in the future.
Orders & Deliveries
Miella strives to provide its customers with an efficient and easy to use order and delivery service. To assist its customers, Miella tries to provide accurate stock information on its website, however this information is a guide and may not be relied on for order confirmation. The cost of products and services may also fluctuate on occasion and so prices advertised may be subject to such changes.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A confirmation of purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card. If you are paying by cash on delivery then the case will apply when the payment is received on delivery of the items.
While we try very hard to ensure that all deliveries take place on time, we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date because unfortunately elements such as traffic, weather and on occasion 3rd party logistics fulfillment delays may contribute to delays in delivery for which we cannot be responsible. If you experience any problems with a delivery, please get in touch with us through any of the ways listed in Contact Us. We work with various courier companies such as Fedex, Aramex, Speedex to ensure timely deliveries. Generally, UAE deliveries take 2-3 working days although we are working very hard on next day deliveries. As for deliveries to the US, Canada and the UK, these take 3-5 working days. For inquiries about delivery times or email us anytime at email@example.com. All orders dispatched with 3rd party logistics like FedEx or Speedex require a signature upon delivery.
Miella delivers to the UAE, KSA, US, Canada and the UK. For the UAE this includes Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Um Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. City limits apply, which means that unfortunately our 3rd party courier providers can't deliver everywhere but we will do our best to accommodate you. We're also unable to deliver to areas that are under customs regulations including Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai Airport Free Zone, SAIF Zone and so on. We are continuously working on expanding our delivery network in order to cover the Middle East and the rest of the globe as soon as humanly possible.
If our 3rd party courier provider is unable to deliver your items because you provided a wrong delivery address; or the address you provided is not reasonably accessible; or there was no one available at the address to accept and sign for the delivery, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the items, and we would reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even if the initial delivery was free-of-charge) and/or applicable taxes /duties/customs clearance.
Miella will bill your credit card as soon as you place an order with us. We carry this out to ensure that we can deliver in a timely manner. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the items.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If on occasion a product may be unavailable after processing your order and billing your credit card, we will provide you with an option to consider selecting an alternative product or opting for a refund should we be unable to determine when the product you want may be back in stock. It may take up to 20 days for a refund to be credited back to your card. If you have made the purchase by selecting the Cash On Delivery option, then we will send you an email notifying you of the unavailability of the product. Should we receive the product again, we will send you an email notifying you of the availability of the item and you can then select to proceed with the purchase.
Miella strives to provide accurate pricing information regarding the products and services available on the site. We cannot, however, insure against pricing errors. Miella reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product or service whose price was incorrectly posted on the site as a result of an error. If this occurs, Miella will notify you by email. In addition, Miella reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated full retail price.
Taxes and Duties
For all orders outside the UAE, you shall be responsible for import and clearance duties in your country. Our courier partners operate on a pay on delivery process for duty. We recommend you contact your local customs authority if you have any questions about the value of such duties/taxes. We are working on having duties paid on our site for select countries, and this feature will be available in the future.
Exchanges would be honored under the following situations:
1) If you receive an item you like but you are not satisfied with the fit or color, the item can be exchanged with the correct size or color. You would need to notify Miella within 7 days of the receipt of the product. If you live within the UAE, Miella will arrange for the 3rd party courier provider to collect the item from you and provide the exchanged item within a period of 3-4 working days. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Miella reserves the right to reject an exchanged item if it is not returned in its original condition, packaging and in re-sellable. If you live outside the UAE, Miella shall provide you with exchange shipping instructions and a US address when applicable. If you are exchanging an item for one with a different size or color, we will cover the shipping cost from your destination to ours. However, shipping of the selected item (different size or color) back to your destination would be paid by you.
2) If for any reason you have changed your mind after receiving the item and you wish to exchange the product with another item on miella.com, you will need to notify Miella within 7 days of receipt of the product. If you live within the UAE, Miella will arrange for the 3rd party courier provider to collect the item from you. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Miella will then issue you with a credit note equivalent to the purchase amount which you could use to purchase other items on Miella.com. The credit note would be valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Miella reserves the right to reject an exchanged item if it is not returned in its original condition, packaging and in re-sellable form. If you live outside the UAE, Miella shall provide you with detailed exchange shipping instructions, and a US address when applicable. Miella will then issue you with a credit note equivalent to the purchase amount which you could use to purchase other items on Miella.com. 3) If you wish to return a purchased product but do not find an item to exchange your original purchase with, Miella will need to be notified within 7 days on receipt of the product. If you live within the UAE, Miella will arrange for the 3rd party courier provider to collect the item from you. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Miella will then issue you with a credit note equivalent to the purchase amount which you could use to purchase other items on Miella.com. The credit note would be valid for 6 months from date of issue. Miella reserves the right to reject an exchanged item if it is not returned in its original condition, packaging and in re-sellable form.

Miella does not refund any delivery, duties, taxes, or COD charges when processing exchanges or returns. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. All packaging materials should also be returned to process exchanges and returns. Please handle clothing items with care. When trying them on, kindly ensure that you are not wearing any perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the items.
Miella will not be able to exchange products for lower value than the original item purchased. A request for exchange will be processed with the same value or higher. Items on promotion or on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
Returns and Refunds
In the event that you wish to return an item or damaged product, please notify Miella immediately (within a maximum of 2 days) through any of the Contact us options. To assess the extent of the damage Miella will need supporting images that can be sent to us on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item and request a refund provided you notify Miella within 2 days of receipt. If you live in the UAE, Miella will send our 3rd party courier provider within 3-4 working days to collect the item. If you have used a Cash On Delivery payment method (UAE only), you can choose to be refunded either via cheque, bank transfer or a store voucher. If you have paid for the item with a credit card, Miella will credit the refund amount to the card used for the purchase of that damaged or returned item. It may take up to 20 days for a refund to be credited back to your card, depending on the bank from which your credit card was issued. Miella will not be able to refund any of the delivery, duties/taxes or COD charges. If you live in outside the UAE, Miella shall provide you with detailed return shipping instructions. Items are returned to Miella at your own expense. Miella would not be responsible for lost return shipments, and would not refund items returned to us which are lost in the post or not accompanied by a tracking number.
If on occasion a product may be unavailable after processing your order and billing your credit card, Miella will provide you with an option to consider selecting an alternative product or opting for a refund if we are unable to determine when the product you want may be back in stock. Should you decide on a refund, and you had paid for the item with a credit card, Miella will credit the refund amount to the card used for the purchase. It may take up to 20 days for a refund to be credited back to your card. If you have made the purchase by selecting the Cash On Delivery option (only in the UAE), then Miella will send you an email notifying you of the unavailability of the product. Should Miella receive the product again, an email will be sent notifying you of the availability of the item and you can then select to proceed with the purchase, if you wish to do so.
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified purchases made though Miella.com. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. Generally though, only one promotion code can be used per order. A promotion code can't be used after an order has been placed.
Responsibility of Website Visitor
The Website may contain content containing inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, and other errors. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. Miella disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from the use by visitors of the Website.
Content Posted on Other Websites
We have not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, made available through the websites and webpages to which Miella.com links, and that link to Miella.com. Miella does not have any control over those non-Miella websites and webpages, and is not responsible for their contents or their use. By linking to a non-Miella website or webpage, Miella does not represent or imply that it endorses such website or webpage. Miella disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of non-Miella websites and webpages.
As Miella asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to by Miella.com violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify Miella. Miella will respond to all such notices, which may include as required or appropriate removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material. In the case of a visitor who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Miella or others, Miella may, in its discretion, terminate or deny access to and use of the Website. In the case of such termination, Miella will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid to Miella.
This Agreement does not transfer from Miella to you any Miella or third party intellectual property, and all rights, title and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Miella. Miella, Miella.com, the Miella logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with Miella.com, or the Website content, images, visuals are trademarks of Mielli. You may not republish any material from this website (including republication on other websites); reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on our website for any commercial purpose; or redistribute any material from this website except if specifically and expressly made available for redistribution (such as the Miella newsletter).
Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Miella or third-party trademarks.
Miella reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. Miella may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as may be amended from time to time.
Miella may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Miella.com account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website. In addition, Miella can terminate the Website immediately as part of a general shut down of our service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website is provided “as is”. Miella and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Miella nor its suppliers and licensors, make any warranty that the Website will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. We attempt to provide accurate descriptions of products and services on the site. Miella does not warrant, however, that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
We have made efforts to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Miella. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Miella, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement or substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Miella under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. Miella shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond our reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
General Representation and Warranty
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miella, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, this Agreement, any access to or use of the Website will be governed by the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates applicable therein.
